Just guessing cuz DC is not a state , it's not in a state and It's still part of the country . Anyway , where is the state of confusion ?

the state next to DC is Maryland, which is worse than Confusion.

The state of confusion is the whole system. We are running head long into total global destruction. We can't fix it now. We are doomed.

The state of confusion lies everywhere ignorance and rebellion roam. They are the keepers of confusion and prey on the helplessness of those who do not educate themselves or follow the path of unlawfulness. Thats just my opinion.
