When it comes to work place agreements, do I have to negotiate this on my own?

What are my options to ensure I get a fair deal? Will work place agreements be a major election issue in 2007?

Negotiations with the employer can be made directly by the employee and/or by the union. Candidates must give priority to workers as one of their platforms since it is a significant aspect of the economy.
