well I love to learn about all minerals. I research and read a lot in Earth Science and Geology and always open to more knowledge. maybe we can work to gether to study minerals and rocks. I am accessible by e-mail if you click on my profile. Are you a Geologist/Minerologist by trade? I have one Question for you... What is your favorite rock/mineral(s)? Mine are Eclogite and Turquoise.

Would the inclusion of plutonic batholithic basment rocks of varying densitys effect the Weichert-Herglov inversion, given that there will be a change in seismic velocities but not depth?
