I took his, but I use my maiden name as my middle name now, no hyphen. I don't know how legal it is, but it's on my DL that way.

I took my husband's name. I like my maiden name better, so I had a little grieving period after I got married. I didn't want to hyphenate though, I think that is kind of awkward.

I took his name. 2 becoming 1 was my thought. And I have kept the name even after divorce so I share my name with my children.

Oh, I took his last name! I would never hyphenate or keep my own, I'm very old-fashioned, in that way!

I took my husband's name and I regreted it. Got my own name back after we divorced and I will NEVER change my name again for anything.

I took his name but I thought it was a great last name so that helped now if it was an awful last name maybe I wouldn't have. :D

I think my husband's last name is cool so I took it (plus I'm old fashion like that) and because his name is noble and has linage in Tonga.
"Luani"
