It's not as uncommon as you'd think.
Most people tend to keep it inside themselves, or are really good at covering up their feelings.
The best suggestion I could give you would be to take some time alone. If you can, find a place that makes you feel comfortable and spend as much time as you need to figure things out.
Ask yourself what you really want.
What will it take to make your life what you want it to be?
What do you hate about yourself?
How can you fix these problems?
Don't think that there is a magical, quick fix to life. Decide how you are going to fix your problems and DO IT. Don't let yourself give up. Reward yourself when you do something special that makes your life better. Make your reward something special (NOT expensive) that will make trying more rewarding.
Remember, it won't happen instantly, but the reward for hanging in and doing it will be worth it. Because the reward is your life's dream.

You say that you've tried everything but you don't mention therapy. There are times when you have to bite the bullet and realize that you can't do it alone, This is where real maturity means that you admit that and get he help that you need and get it as fast as you can. Some times the most obvious answer is the hardest to do and that's when we have to realize that the only way that you're going to get to the point where you feel better is to go into therapy. It probably won't be either easy or quick but no one said that life was easy or quick. But if we really want to get to a place where we're happy we have to make some sacrifice's to get there.

Act it out-- punch something to release your rage, if you dont wanna do that I suggest for you to keep a Diary? and write there all the feelings you are keeping inside you.. all the rage and hatred feeling of uncertainties.. it's just an outlet of your emotions so you won't worry if it all comes out wrong..
breathe in and out.. then chill out.. after relaeasing all the bad feelings inside you focus on what you have and on what you are good at.. your talents and achievements.. big or small..
i know it's easier said than done, but it's worth a try..

Some Anger Management classes might be helpful! Could you be suffering from depression? Don't wait! Do something about it, before those feelings escalate. I've been there. It won't go away on its own. Medical personnel can help you cope by prescribing medications and providing therapy!

Do something that you succeed at and you'll feel better about yourself. Find friends to talk to your problems about to get them out of yourself. Or try punching something to get the rage out, it helps!! Good Luck!

Why don't you seek out some counseling with a trained professional. If you don't like it you do not have to continue. Good luck to you. God bless ****
