3 months isn't that long...give it more time.

3 months is still a short time to be trying. Around 80-90% of folks actually trying for a baby tend to achieve pregnancy within one year. It's important that you relax and let nature take its course.

Don't be pushed into making unnecessary use of fertility drugs. You can do a lot of natural things before this to improve your fertility and increase your chances of getting pregnant -- even if you have had problems with cysts in the past.

Ensuring your diet is good -- well balanced, rich in green leafy vegetables, low in processed foods. Generally reducing your exposure to synthetic chemicals, especially those which could upset the delicate hormonal balance of your body (especially the endocrine system -- for example if your thyroid is erratic, which is often unrecognized by 'typical general medical practitioners' this can really have a negative impact on your likelihood of conceiving). No smoking OR drinking alcohol, of course (I'm SURE you know)...

Along with keeping stress levels low, you can make a real impact on your fertility.

Good luck and kind wishes for success on your road to Motherhood!

three months really isn't long enough to say that it isn't working. you have a 25% chance of getting pregnant each month. in what way are you tracking your ovulation? it is easiest for me to track mine thru my cervical mucus. basal body temp seemed too complicated and i don't get up at the same time every day. or you could buy the ovulation tests that you pee on. i would not jump to fertility drugs until you haven't conceived after trying for 12 months in a row... that is what most physicians suggest.
good luck!

I would suggest following your doctor's advice... I mean, you may have a diease called PCOS which is Poly cystic Ovarian Syndrome. I have the more sever PCOD and I had to have fertility to get pregnant with my first child, she is now 21 mo. old, but I am pregnant again, and I didn't use anything, but I was on Birth control (Femcon FE)... This is highly unlikely, but it happens...

I have polycystic ovarian syndrome. So, I completely understand what you're going through. After being medicated to regulate my problem, it still took me a year to get pregnant.
Most doctors, most, would recommend that you try to get pregnant on your own for at least six months before you opt for medical intervention. I'd definitely wait a bit longer.
And calm down. Stress can make it more difficult.

I would just keep trying they say stress is a big problem for women trying to get preg if you have to much it may prevent it. Also if you try to hard you may be under stress because of that . Relax give it a few months and see what happens
