Saint John and Saint John Bay: Same clothing brand?

Or different? Saint John as in what Angelina Jolie sometimes advertises in their ads. Is Saint John Bay the same brand?

St. John is high-end women's clothing, and St. John's Bay is a JCPenney brand of clothing, not bad but certainly not high-end either.
