no those particular shoes were not meant to be worn with socks, but if they give you blisters i would wear socks!

No, but u can make it a fashion statement and wear bright color socks that match your outfit with them. thats what people did with the clear airforce ones.
But they are meant to be sandals.

They're designed to be worn without socks, but if you want to wear socks with them, then there's no reason you shouldn't.
