Isn't the Child Support Division a joke?

Those dead beat parents sure get away with millions!

The problem is that too many men refuse to work because they know that they will have their wages garnished, or they work under the table so they don't get their tax refunds confinscated. I know a guy that is living with his girlfriend and she supports him so he doesn't have to get a job to support his 3 kids. His Ex-wife is dying from breast cancer and he still refuses to help with the court ordered child support. There are also so many cases....kind of like CPS being buried under mountains of paperwork, that they cannot get to all of the cases.
