Surprisingly Walmart Maxx Yellow battery's are made by the East Penn Battery factory in Lyon Station Pa. They're in-house battery's are called Deka. They are very highly rated by Consumers reports. All battery's sold in Car Quest auto parts stores are made by East Penn also.
Dynacell Batteries have a 72 month free replacement policy.
The new AC-Delco Professional Batteries have a 50 month free replacement policy.
Innerstate Batteries have an 18 month free replacement but I have one that's eight years old going strong in my Ford Taurus.
Actually you don't have to worry as much about cold cranking amps as people neck deep in snow. Heat kills batteries worse than freezing temperatures.

I would recommind that you still buy a battery with a high CCA rating (Cold Cranking Amps.) This is because the heat is also very hard on the battery. If you can afford it I would recommend the gel style battery. It will probably be the last one you have to buy as long as you own that car.

It normally says it on the original/old battery you have . Now if you don't have the old one look in your owners manual and it should tell you the appropriate CCA for your car . You can also go to a parts store like auto zone or advance auto and they can look it up for you based on your car .
Good Luck
