How do I make a cosplay cosyume?

I want to be Nebilum or a female vertion of neji or Shakamaru How would I go about mesuring myself ,buying the right fabric ,and sewing it properly along with acceseries?

I would suggest that you go to your local thrift store and buy a bunch of different outfits that you can cut and sew together to make the costume you want.

You could also get several different patterns from the fabric store to put together into one costume, but that would take a lot of sewing skill. If you want to try it, the pattern envelope tells you how much material to buy.

The best way would be to buy about 3 meters of gold rope, this will help with the whole base of the costume.

Then, attach said rope to something sturdy and high up so that you can work at 360 degrees of the costume.

When tieing things together, stand on a chair to reach up as high as you can and mesure yourself with the rope, make sure it doesn't go further from the ceiling, to your neck.

Then tie the rope around your head - very tightly, remember, we're looking for a quality job - say goodbye and kick the chair out from under your feet.

TADAA! You just made the best cosplay costume imaginable.

You can buy some clothes which are looked like what neji's or shikamaru's. Then, mix and match it. But for some accesories like the chuunin jacket you have to modify the jacket first.
