I just wanna know when we'll know the mvps, cy youngs, and rokkies of the year. is it after the playoffs or is it sooner, or what?

Usually a week or two after the World Series. They announce the awards over the course of a week or so to give each winner his "day in the sun."

November, typically the two weeks before Thanksgiving. In recent years the schedule has gone like this:
Monday: Rookies
Tuesday: one CYA
Wednesday: Managers
Thursday: other CYA
next Monday: one MVP
Tuesday: other MVP
Actual plaques/trophies are presented either at a winter BBWAA chapter dinner (if the winner shows up) or during the first homestand of the season.
