By the way I am in Sydney Australia. I have tried Target, KMart, Myer, David Jones and Hobby Co (who incidentally had excellent ones but they were tiny).

I have some good news and bad. The good news is that horses the size you want are out there but they will be rather expensive. 10cm is roughly about 4 inches which will roughly make the horses fall in the model railroad scale of G. This is also in the 1/24 to 1/20 scale range. Prieser, Bachmann, and Papo make horses in this scale. $6-10 US per horse. I dont know if hobby shops carry products by from the Walthers catalog but if they do they can order them for you. Prieser, Bachmann and Papo both have websites under their names so you can look them up there and see it they have what you need. I have some of these and the detail is second to none.

You didn't say what you were going to use these for but if it for a display it would be possible to use these horses and the smaller ones you've already found using a technique called "forced perspective" You would put the larger horses in the front the use the smaller ones in the back with a landscape feature in between. It would take a little arranging but it could be made to work.
Good luck and I hope this helps.

Oriental Trading has some that are 4" (same as 10cms). They cost $15 (US) for a dozen. It looks like they do take international orders, but only over the phone.

You should be able to find them in any major store like walmart, kmart, target in the toy dept. Or check your local dollar stores as well.
