It could be due to plenty of things, but it is still very possible that you are pregnant. It could be too early for your home pregnancy test to show a positive result. But your hormone levels rise quickly. You could have a negative result one day and positive the next. Test again soon.
The symptoms could also just be that you are about to have your period. If you don't get your period, or if the symptoms continue after you have your period, consult your doctor.
Answering the question to your update - a blood test can show earlier than a hpt. I'm sure that it would show up now if you are pregnant. But you may want to try another hpt since it has been a few days.
To the people judging her about having "unprotected sex" - stop jumping to conclusions!! My husband and I have had "unprotected sex" multiple times and that certainly doesn't make me easy or mean that I need to get tested for STD's. Don't make judgments without knowing the details.

It's certainly your boobs that are giving you so much pain, they are so Heavy in the front that it makes your back hurt, my friend had size F boobs and she had to get a deduction because her back hurt so bad, your back isn't going to stop hurting until you see your doctor about this, you need to explain why you don't want a deduction and they can help you with that and maybe they will prescribe you with some medication to ease the pain, but a breast deduction is the best thing for you here! Good luck!

Unless you miss your period, don't think too much of it. I NEVER had breast tenderness in my life, but about four months ago, I was freaking out because not only had I only had a 1-day period (I was happy about that when the period was happening, though), I was feeling sick, tired, sore, and my breasts were tender (especially around my areolas). I was having unprotected sex, but still used the pill, which I take religiously at 12:30 PM every day. I even missed my next period. Turns out different PMS symptoms can show up at random points in your life and you can either have them until you don't get periods anymore or it can just happen once or twice. Since then, I've only had to deal with that once.
Even if you miss your next period, don't be too freaked out. Any stress over this can cause a missed period. Still get a pregnancy test, of course, but don't worry so much. If you're on the pill/patch/ring/shot and use it the way you should, the chance of this being a pregnancy is low and the chance of it being some lovely new PMS symptom you've never experienced before is much higher. I about killed my boyfriend for even saying "Oh, isn't that one of those big pregnancy symptoms?" in the first place after I found out I wasn't pregnant.
For the pain, take Midol and/or Advil (Midol helps with PMS symptoms and cramping and Advil is good for any and all inflammation). Also lay flat on your stomach and put a heating pad on your back or buy one of those heat patches (there's one that wraps around your lower back that really helped me, but I can't remember the name of it...the actual heated part of it has these odd-looking black things on it). As for your breasts? Treat them nicely and make sure your partner does, too. I've never really asked about any pain relief for that aside from Midol and the like, so I can't give you any remedies for that.
Hell, give yourself a treat and lounge in a warm bath for awhile. Epsom salt is a plus. It's always helped me with soreness. Bubble bath is even better. And the warm water will soothe your aches and pains.
I've only had one sexual partner in my life and I was not his first by any means (which is good and bad...he's good in bed, but he's got some exes that just will not leave us alone...), so unprotected sex was only an option after he was tested for everything. But after that? We had pregnancy scares like anybody, but the pill is more effective against pregnancy than condoms, actually, so we never really worried. Until I missed two periods. Then we worried. Even then, I was under a lot of stress, so I kept that in mind whenever I thought "Oh my God...I could be pregnant." So I'm not going to preach about the evils of unprotected sex. This happens to couples who use condoms, for Christ's sake.
No matter what you do, just give yourself time to relax and find a comfy position to lay in and even get your lower back massaged. Oh, and wearing bras that had cups that weren't even close to being padded and that weren't too tight in the cups as well as wearing looser shirts kind of helped the breast pain I was having.
I hope at least some of this helps. And good luck.

If your boobs are tender I would take another test. Tender boobs was how I found out I was pregnant. The fiest one I took was nagative. I waited about 2 weeks and tested again, it was postive.

Sounds like cronic third degree rug burns. Try vasoline and a healthy dose of common sense and self control and call me in the morning. Next you will be whining about being pregnant and single and broke. On second thought the back pain my just be your head up your ***. Try removing that and see if it helps. Unproteced sex for gods sake! Do you think if men could get pregnant they woud have unprotected sex? NO! and WHY? because we aren't stupid.

That happens to me sometimes, when I'm about to get my period. Maybe that's why you have that sort of pain. If you don't get your period or it doesn't go away after wards I recommend you see a doctor. Try taking some Midol for Menstrual pain relief, I hope you feel better soon.
