My boss is building a 6 unit building in Manchester New Hampshire, they told him in order to continue he has to put in fire sprinklers and they cost around 35,000. So now he wants me to find out how to avoid putting them in and getting that approved by the city. Does anyone know how to avoid putting in fire sprinklers and getting it approved by the city so that he can continue building. Thanks!!

sorry to say your boss has to put the fire sprinklers in he can not get around that ,any thing from a 4 unit to a 120 unit building there has to be a fire sprinkler put in new hampshire state law. if your boss gets away with it and not put the sprinkler in and a fire starts and ppl get hurt or killed then that is going to come back on your boss in court . so tell your boss to stop crying and put the sprinklers in.

He needs to follow the law and put in the sprinkler system.
He should of known that all buildings now a days need to have a sytstem when building.
Shame on him for not caring about the folks who will live in this building.

What you should want to get out of is doing the dirty work for your psycopath boss. This cockroach is trying to make you his accomplice in a potentially murderous project. Think before you do anything. If you want to give him good advice, tell him to get his butt to the bank and get financing. If he builds without installing fire prevention, report the rat.

You and your Boss are Slum landlords with no desire to live in the premises where you are planning on building as you know that the place is unsafe and built as cheaply as possible. You are no better then your Boss for even trying to accomodate his wishes. I hope you burn in a fire caused by a unresponsible person such as yourself.
