If you are doing anything your partner is not cool with regarding another party outside the relationship then it is cheating .It all depends on what the two party define as cheating; after all there are couples that have open marriages and all kinds of arrangements that work for them. When you break that agreement or rule then you have cheated..cheers

That would just depend on the situation and the people. If you were just dating, then cheating could be anything from going out with another person, to doing something more physical with them. If you are married, it depends on what each person feels is cheating. Some consider chatting online with a member of the opposite sex cheating, or talking on the phone, emailing...etc. Others just feel "cheating" is becoming physical with someone else, anything from kissing to something more. That would all depend on your relationship and personalities.

To me, cheating is when your partner is doing something that he/she would not do if you were rite there beside them. If you have to "sneak around" to do whatever, you are cheating at whatever you're doing, you're being dishonest. If you're having an "on line affair" that to me is cheating. You are not being honest in your relationship, you are cheating against your significant other. Just having sex w/another is not the only meaning of the word "cheating" as far as I'm concerned. The word "cheating" is doing a deceitful trick, a person who is dishonest. (per the dictionary)

Well i think that if you are considering cheating then you should end your relationship because when you commit to a relationship it means you don't want to be with anyone else. it would hurt the person more to find out that they had been cheated on

Thats easy...cheating is doing ANYTHING with someone else that you should ONLY be doing with your partner...anything from kissing to having sex. The only difference is the degree of it. It's much easier to forgive your partner for kissing someone else that it is for sleeping with them, but doing either is still cheating.

Assuming you and your partner have a healthy relationship and reasonable personal boundries, if you are unwilling or unable to tell your partner, it is cheating.

I think cheating is anything that he can't do in front of me or doesn't want to tell me about.
