That sounds like a torn suspensory penile ligament waiting to happen. No, it will do nothing but cause you discomfort. It can cut off blood flow, and then size will be the least of your worries.

This was a story that went around, even when I was a young person, and I'm 70 years old now.
Don't believe it, and please don't worry about size. It is all how you use it, let the lady's show you how to best do that.

however,
there are excercises you can do with hanging SMALL amounts of weight off of it and using your muscles to lift it

skewer your dong with a nail first! then hang 5lb weights on it, then swing it from side to side ,like a pendulum!
