Ideas: Decorating house for Halloween.?

Question

Something cheap...I'm on a budget, I'm trying to save up for a trip overseas.
I have one mask, it's like a devil.
I probably can go to like, Rite Aid or maybe a party store.
What should I get?
And how do I set stuff up?
Nothing too scary, there's some little kids across the street and I don't think their parents want them crying. =]

Fake spider web, you can make tombstones with cute sayings out of cardboard, a witches cauldron, pumpkins, luminaries (take brown paper sandwich bags and cut out faces or buy halloween ones), a halloween tape with spooky sounds. These things are all pretty cheap you could get all of that stuff for under 20 dollars.
-Another fun thing is to get bowls and cover them with boxes with a hole for a hand to reach in and feel. Put cold cooked spaghetti, call it intestines. Peeled grapes for eyeballs. A latex medical glove filled with water and frozen for a dead hand. Dog biscuts for bones. Jello for a heart. Kids love it!
-We always get somebody to dress like a fortune teller with a crystal ball to sit out and tell fortunes to the kids.
-We also have a big box that looks like a wooden coffin and have someone dress as a vampire lay in it with the candy bowl on their chest - they scare the kids as they get the candy!

For cheap, try waiting til a little closer in to Halloween when party stores and such are more likely to be cutting prices on decorations. I got three vinyl tombstones last year at IParty, which normally sell for around $3 each for around $0.75 each. Already cheap made cheaper.

Get a big fake witch tub (you know those big black thing for potions) & put tons of candy in there & spider web with little spiders I'm sure that will be cheap & just go to Hobby Lobby for that. Then set up a table for that game where they feel inside a hat or bowl & try & guess what they are (ex.brains-spaghetti!)
