silver is a soft metal used in jewlery and conductive electrical uses, and coins.

Iron is a hard metal used in various applications of stregth and its associations of magnetism.

Both are used abundantly.

iron is more abundant, and harder and it can be easily replaced when rusted. you can turn back rusted iron back to iron metal. Plus silver cost too much!
