Then a 21 year old college student beat 7 puppies to death with a steel pipe and put them in the trash can - the puppies were 8 - 12 weeks old - w t f ?

attribute it to mental illness. some people are overwhelmed by a mess, then they just become immune or fearful of making an attempt to get things straightened out, collapse into despair and allow things to spiral out of control. as for murdering animals, that's pure sadistic evil, and a sign of major sickness, that if not prosecured leads to ever increasing acts of vileness, often progressing to homicide.

That is Aweful!!! They must of been on drugs. That is probably what it is. Normal people couldn't do that .Some people should not have cats or dogs. I live in Wisconsin and there have been cases like that here. There have been people who have had animals in their house. Not just one cat but 15 or more cats. I don't know how people do that.

That's terrible. People like that should pay some serious fines and/or jail time for their cruelty. They obviously have no regard for the welfare of animals. I wish the authorities had discovered this situation before the animals were abused.

It's an extreme form of OCD called collectors. They have mental problems.
