There is no law against pointing an infrared monitor at someone's house. And you have to prove he is using it to violate your privacy. Besides, Infrared devices can be blocked. Read up on it they're not as good as the movies make them out to be.

Cut off the infrared monitor before it reaches your house. Put up a shield.

Video tape it, get witnesses, times dates yada yada yada, and the call the ACLU.

And to those who say its not illegal, read the Constitution, Bill of Rights Amendment 4.

That's why our founding fathers put it there. To protect the people from just such illegal governments and illegal government actions.

do you really think the cops would care what happens to anyone much less an innocent person. you gotta give them a little incentive to 'protect and serve'....a home bake pie, a twenty...something
