I would ask:
"I know you have made a lot of bad decisions in the last 7 years. But let's put that aside. Can you spare some time on your 2 month vacations to take at least a novice speech class so you don't embarrass this Country any more than you have with your word and sentence bungling."
And if the cops grab me after that, I would yell, "Don't tase me bro!?!?"

If the Arab neighbours of Iraq would replace America as "policeman" of the rebuilding, could the US forces be withdrawn amicably and without embarrassment?
If so, then how can this be negotiated? Might the UN step in, if the USA promised to step out?

I would like to ask him if he could change the law to enable him time to serve another term to finish cleaning up the Iraq problem.
