An honest days work makes me sleepy, a dry, boring book, a snowy eveing, the soft wind blowing through the trees, the sound of the loons off in the distance and so much more makes me sleepy. What can I say? I'm a terminal romantic at heart, a sleepy romantic at that. LOL

Well actually, melatonin causes sleepiness...The pineal gland in the brain is inactive during the day,but at night when the lights are dim,the pineal gland produces and releases the hormone, melatonin into the blood..I am not certain of the bio-chemistry involved with melatonin on the nervous system, but anyhow...this is making me sleepy..
