Trevor Hoffman unable to get a critical save, even though he has a guaranteed seat in the hall of fame, to allow the Padres to play in October.
Britney : We knew it was coming. There was speculation for quite some time now that Britney was the "unfit mother" and could lose her kids.
Mets : Historical foul up. Enough said.
Between the two, I'd say the Mets losing it all with such a huge lead throughout most of the season has to take the cake. It certainly was far from expected.

The mets slide only lasted a few weeks, while britney's been out of control for months or years, I can't keep track

As someone who is a mother herself, I would have to say that it is pretty sad that Britney lost her children.. She was a pretty shitty mother.. I am not saying that I am the worlds best mother, but the pictures of her and her kids, and pawning them off for booze and dropping them on their heads all the time.. The kids probally don't even know who the mother let alone who the father is.. They hardly had anytime with them..

Yeah, but Baseball is full of steriod scandall and the problem was solved by Britney not letting her see her own kids. They learned that she is a bad mommy, when in MLB they still get away with Steroids.
