Anime in countries?

Why does companies in the european and spanish countries get japanese anime from the United States instead of Japan sometimes?

Well most of it has to do with licenses, US networks buys the license of most animes and gets the right to dub and show them on tv,the rest is about "is it right for tv".
In japan they show the anime as it is, but in the US, Europe and other countries, they have to consider if the material is right for children yes or no.
That is why they say dubbed animes are bad, because they remove, blood, cut out form violence scenes, remove foul languages and change some scripts, just to make it appropriate for tv, Spanish and European countries just buy them over from them, to spare some money and work.

I am not so certain about the Spanish speaking countries, but since the U.S. is the one to add a lot of the English dubs and subs, it makes sense that place like England would get anime from the U.S. instead of doing the work of retranslating it themselves again.
