The more sleep I got that night, the more tired I am. When I get like 3 hours of sleep, I shoot up, and i have more energy that day.

Its really the opposite of what it should be. I got 10 hours last night, and I was dragging through the day like It would never end.

I'm 14 years old if age has anything to do with it.

I get into such deep sleep, I lightly snore, but its not like full blown, just a little bit of dryness in the throaght causes it. But I have no interuptions.

well, i have that too. i figured out what it was for me. if you go to bed and know what you're going to do tomorrow, that can affect how rested you feel. if i go to sleep on a monday night and know that i have school to look forward to (not), then i wake up tired, even if i were to sleep 14 hours. but if i went to bed on a friday night knowing the next day i was going to do something fun, i could have 6 hours of sleep and feel perfectly rested. it's a mind game.

Do you still have your tonsils? Ask your folks if you snore.

You, sir, need to visit a sleep clinic. You may have sleep apnea, which wakes you up over and over during the night, and could kill you. Maybe you're just snoring and disturbing yourself. It's not good for a kid to feel this way. See a sleep dr.

OR, get a checkup from your regular family dr. This is symptomatic of mono, and that's going around. Have them check your blood and see if anything's cooking.

You may have a hormonal imbalance, or may be getting sleep, just not the proper type. You wake rested when you have 7 hours of REM sleep.

Talk to your doctor, he may prescribe either a sleep medicine or an SSRI to balance out your brain's neurotransmitters.
