How can they say that Hitler was an atheist when he has gone on the record making these statements:

"National Socialism and religion cannot exist together" (1941)

"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity." (1941)

"Let it NOT be said that Christianity brought man the life of the soul, for that evolution was in the natural order of things." (1941)

"Christianity is an invention of sick brains: one could imagine nothing more senseless." (1941)

"We'll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State." (1941)

Also, Hitler told Hermann Rauschnig that he inten"to stamp out Christianity root and branch." (1933)

He also said: "One is either a Christian or a German -you cannot be both"

Because it's easier than facing up the fact that Hitler used the Bible to justify his evils. Was Hitler an atheist? I don't know. His followers, however, the German people who supported him and carried out his plans, were Christian.

Because the deluded ideology of so-called "Positive Christianity," which codified under Nazi leadership and is espoused to this day by many supremacists, has neither the Spirit of Christ nor positive intent.

Thank you for your post and link.

Think about it if someone says they are something, does that mean they are that? I can easily say I'm Buddhist, Muslim, Christian, Hindu.... etc Does that mean that is what I am?

You are only your religion if you practice the teachings of that religion that you claim to follow. I bet MOST people who claim Christianity, maybe only 2% or lower of the WHOLE world are TRUELY christian.

People want excuses to "prove" that another person's beliefs are wrong. Even if Hitler was an atheist, what does that matter? That doesn't mean that all atheists are evil. I'm not evil.
Oh and btw all your quotes seem to make the point that he WAS Atheist, which is kind of degrading your point, isn't it?

He was heavily influenced by Darwinian idea's of evolution and survival of the fittest---hence, the "master race" and the execution of so-called "sub-human" people.

Uh.. those are anti-Christian statements.
They provide no evidence that he was not an atheist.
