ah im SAT-ing too!
try Tea for Colds, citrus fruits (especially eating lemon slices! but oranges are good too), ice pops are good to soothe your throat (mouth gets dry from having to be the only route for breath to pass). and of course sleep.
also try acupressure points to relieve the sinuses. one that i can think of it pressing your thumb and index finger on your nose, right on the bottom of the bone, just above the bulby part. feel better and good luck!

Heat 2 glasses of cola (try to find a healthy kind) with 10 thick slices of fresh ginger. Add 2 tablespoons honey and the juice of a lemon and drink the mixture. (This recipe is very popular in Hong Kong.)
There are a ton of great all natural home remedies like this one at the website below.
good luck to anyone with a cold.
peace

Go to your nearest pharmacy, and buy a product called Airborne. It dissolves in water like alka-seltzer. Its a megadose of vitamin c and some other stuff. It will knock it out quick. Good luck on your SAT's!

Get a sinus rinse or a netti pot, at any CVS or Walgreens by way of the drugstore. I used mine this week while I was once getting ill, with the theraflu sinus and bloodless and zicam I was once larger in two days. The sinus rinse is essential, flushes out your nasal passages and will get the entire crap out!
