It is one of the poorest EU countries but still 22nd in the world, so it would hard to classify it as any thing but developed. How ever its prosperity is recent, so its infrastructure looks a little shoddy, but they a building highways, a metro system etc.

In my opinion, Greece's still in the state of "developing" everything, but almost get "there" to become a developed country.
