He's a guy,his name was Brian Warner.He then changed it to Marilyn Manson and somehow discovered makeup.Damn,when he was young he was perfect now he's old and washed out.His music is good though but he's an atheist and he keeps singing lyrics about not believing in god and all that stuff for example in the fight song "I won't be a slave for a god that doesn't exist" and he does "X-Rated" music videos.
