im doing this to help you od what you wanna do, but black hair and greens eye are an awesome combo and you really shouldnt change every day to fit into to some group or norm. its so artificial and you'll never be able to find people that you'll actually enjoy if you do that, because people are very often initially attracted to you by your style. just wear whatever you think is cute. NEVER try to fit in. its not worth it. people are way more attractive when they're comfortable w/ who they are, so start by doing what YOU like. people who judge you because of it arent worth trying to impress.
to be perfectly honest- its weird when ppl are goth one day and preppy the next. its ok if some1's kind of a mix- just a suggestion, but its rly your choice.
if you like preppy looks, but dark colors, go to preppy stores and pick out things in black, blues, and grays. if you like punkish/emo stuff, but bright colors go to stores like wet seal, rave, and charlotte russe.

Black hair and green eyes are soo beautiful, but even more beautiful I'm sure is your natural color. You can wear anything you want as long as it is what YOU want, not other people around you. The key to looking good is confidence. Go ahead and add some mod, prep, whatever stuff to your wardrobe, but be sure it is something you feel confident wearing.

That sounds so pretty! Okay some tips:
Don't wear solid bright colors or to many prints. (aka: a bright yellow tee)
You would look great in warm or cool darks such as royal purple, maroon, and teal.

Dont try to tan, for you hair and eyes wouldnt look good with that

Emo would be super easy based on your description. I am old so I am assuming that EMO is kind of like Gothic in a way. black black black. Preppy would be a tad harder but not impossible. Polo shirts and things like that are preppy.

Black hair is fine. Why dont you try being yourself. If you want to be neutral, just go with blonde, light bright blonde, but whatever you do, make sure to dye your eyerbrows to match.

Screw syles be yourself, fake girls are soo unattractive....btw black hair and green eyes is a hot combo, you dont need to ugly-fy yourself by dressing emo, thats ridiculous...why do you want to be like other people?
