its almost 3.30am and i have to get up at 7 for school tomorrow and I CANT SLEEPPP???????!!

maybe you have alot on your mind
you could be worring about a test or a boy (they are always on our minds) and it may be getting to you
or maybe you just have an uncomfortable matress
sleep a different way
dont eat before you sleep
or maybe you just arent tired
lol
i dont know

Yep, and I have to be up at 7 for work, too. We could always try turning the rotten PC off, I suppose? I'm crap at at taking my own advice, but try this: turn everything off, pc, lights, the lot, curl up in bed, head under the covers and make up a story in your head, anything you like, don't think about your day or what may happen tomorrow, or worry about what you might be missing, just invent a story, a fantasy if you like, anything, with you as the heroine.... it does work, honest.

Either you're infatuated with someone you can't get off your mind or too much computer time. Try forcing yourself to quit the computer by 10:00 p.m. for a few days. It often takes some types at least two hours to unwind for sleep after looking at a computer screen for long durations.

Calm down take a breath and never stay up this late again but since you already did let's make the most of our time.

Follow my instructions they WILL work.

1) Drink milk

2) Turn off your PC immediatly after reading all of my intructions

3) Find the most boring book you can find and read it, FORCE yourself to engage in it, not to pleasant eh? Your mind gettng worn out yet?

4) IF NOT lay on your bed and count backwards from 1,000. Insane you bet. Will it work? most certainly you'll be asleep before you can reach 0.

You should get off the computer and drink some warm milk or turn on a boring show or any Ben Stiller or Kate Hudson or Lifetime movie!

The milk thing really works. It has the same chemical that turkey has. Drink a big glass, turn off all lights (including tv and computer) and visit dream land.

Y/A always gets my adrenalin going so I can't sleep too well. You need to get off the computer an hour before you want to sleep and do something relaxing- take a bath, just chill, whatever- now GET to BED!!!

well why are you on here what state are you from cause in Australia it is 12.30pm so i would suggest you get off the computer and go and make yourself a hot Milo and go into bed and don't forget to set your alarm

it's only 10:30pm here but i too must try for sleep and perhaps to dream...but i don't wanna go...what's up with that...i don't even know yo ppl and yet i can't let yo go. you're all so, well, weird like me, i feel so acceptable here. ok, ok, i'm going...ttfn ;)

do you have a sleep routine set down....I mean like bed at regular times and all , if you just go to bed when ever , it could affect your sleep
