I bought Smuckers 18 oz, Red Raspberry Jam, seedless, on Sept. 30, at Walmart on Danbury Road in Norwalk, CT,
it tastes terrible
Can I get my money back from Smuckers?

Yes, especially since you bought it at Wal-Mart. I see people return toasters, shoes, furniture, books, anything is returnable at Wal-Mart within 90 days. Except for some computers. Software/DVD/CD's can only be exchanged for identical item or returned if unopened.

But yeah, return the Smuckers.

Wal-Mart will return your money but try a customer complaint to Smuckers. Most products have a customer service phone number that you call call with a complaint. You may get your money back from Wal-Mart but you might also get some coupons from Smuckers for you to try a different jam or jelly. Most companies want to know if you didn't like the product and why.

I purchased a Sugar-free Smuckers Raspberry Jam a week ago at Walmart by accident (I meant to purchase the one with sugar in it). I took my receipt and the bottle, and went to customer service and they actually gave me my money back-"No questions asked". I think u have to bring it back within a day or so of opening it.

Yes you can. Call and give them the product code. They need to find out what happened.

I have to tell you that I have had experiences with people opening food up at the store to sample it. Make sure you check the lids are sealed.

Also, if you have a blender, it's much better to chop your berries and add a little sugar or sweetner, then freeze what you don't use. (it's up to you, but it will be fresh and tasty and healthier without preservatives in it.

YES...Walmart has an absolutely liberal return policy. If they don't give you cash, they'll at least give you credit!

If you still have the receipt, it should be no problem.
