Downloading to an ipod nano?????

Does anyone know how to take songs from Musicmatch Jukebox and put in my itunes library so I can add the songs to my ipod nano???? If so please help and be specific cuz I am so confused by this! Thank you so much!!!

On iTunes, find the folder containing the downloaded songs. Open that folder. iTunes then should create a copy of the music library---and conditions the MP3 stuff for downloading onto your Nano.
