I have heard a song named "Second Hand Heart" what does this term means or is used for? (As regards love, of course)

When something is "second hand", it means it's been used. So, a "second hand heart" would mean someone's been used, romantically speaking. I guess it's better than saying "broken heart".

A second hand heart would be one that's been "used" before, as in loved before.

Are you sure it wasn't second hand heart? Something that is second hand is used, that is, the other person loved someone else first.

Many things can be used more than once. A heart is a good example. It can love and be loved over and over again. Isn't that a wonderful thought?
