A very special friend of mine is in the Air Force. We've had a "complicated" relationship, and I want to do something to show that I still love him and care about him.
Right now what I have is an AF bear in dress blues, a pair of camo boxers, and a mega chocolate bar personalized with his picture and a short message. I'm not exactly sure what to say either. Something like, "Happy Birthday. Hope today is as special to you as you are to me. Love always, (my name)(*kotc*)." Any comments or other suggestions about my gift and/or message?

I think you have an excellent gift idea. Don't change a thing. If it came out of your heart, leave it like it is.

Add some pictures of yourself in those boxers, before you sent it to him . . . .
Don't push the envelope too far . . . make it sexy, but still decent . . . lol
