This is a derogatory remark and is not used by gentlemen:

Stick in this case means "to place".

Now : "I'll place that horn where the sun don't shine" - means that the speaker of this somewhat anal remark is suggesting that he is powerful enough to place a horn in your rectum.

ha ha ha my father used to threaten to stick things where the sun dont shine all the time. If I played with a loud toy my father would threaten to stick the toy where the sun dont shine. *laughing my butt off
