Funny question. It drips of irony. We're talking about a country where sensible gun laws are almost non-existent but marijuana is illegal. You can legally walk down the street with an AK-47 but not a joint. Sometimes I think the inmates are running the asylum.

yes, but it should be treated like alcohol. you can buy it at stores, have to be over 18 or 21, and it would be taxed, therefore there'd be no more backyard growers and stuff.
