There are a lot of factors causing you to loose connection. First of all are you getting good service every were else in your house? if not Its more than likely you live in an area where geographic barriers block the signals, live on the edge of the Cell tower, If you have other wireless signals (Internet) or radio signals can interfere. I have found regular drywalls won't be the factor, but other causes are the reason. Do you have a metal roof?, You might be still in your trial period still my want to thank about returning your phone. Contact tech support, they may have a software update that could help you out.
