It could be from low air flow. This can be caused by a dirty filter,blower, or evaporator. It could be caused by the run capacitor or blower motor. It could also be caused by low refrigerant charge. Low freon or not enough air flow across the A-coil. I'd check the filter and also the bottom of the A-coil. I've seen A-coils that have had what looks like a carpet of dirt/lint covering it. Usually happens from running the unit without a filter in place.
