At equal settings it'll depend on the game, what it supports and how high the resolution was programmed for each. On most current games the 360 verisons look better, but that seems to have changed with Skate which looks better on PS3 to me.

The PS3 is a true HD console, the only thing the Xbox 360 does is upscale the game. I think that the PS3's graphics will look better. I have a 60GB PS3, but I don't use the HDMI cord, but the graphics look stunning without it.

They are both really good and you probably wont notice much of a difference. I like 360 because of the games, but I would get a PS3 if the price came down.

The graphics are the same for anything on either system. The 360 just has better games, better support, and downloads. (Get a 360)
