Can anybody give me some resources to find statistics on the financial status of defendants? Or facts and statistics on misrepresenation? Your help is much appreciated.

As for the financial status of defendents, the question is when was the last time a wealthy person faced the death penalty.
Mostly the death penalty applies to defendents with the worst lawyers not to people convicted of the worst acts.
