On Ritz type, cheese or peanut butter. On saltines, peanut butter or (don't laugh!) mayo & sardines.

On saltines...I like peanut butter...but on other crackers such as Triscuit, wheat crackers, or table water crackers I like cheese, salami and also a wonderful artichoke tapanade.
