flow is how u rap over a beat, u wanna do it with consistency...so if someone has great flow, basically their words move well wit the beat, tempo of the song
hook, is like the chorus........ie: the song "ay bay bay"...the part where they repeatedly say "ay bay bay" is the hook, breaks up the verses

I guess you could say "flow" is the speed and style of a rapper rhyming over the beat and the "hook" can be thought of as the same thing as the chorus in a rock song.

Flow is how you rhyme in cadence with the beat. The more complicated youre rhyme combined with how on beat it is adds up into your flow.
The hook is the chorus of the song.
