flow is how u rap over a beat, u wanna do it with consistency...so if someone has great flow, basically their words move well wit the beat, tempo of the song
hook, is like the chorus........ie: the song "ay bay bay"...the part where they repeatedly say "ay bay bay" is the hook, breaks up the verses

I guess you could say "flow" is the speed and style of a rapper rhyming over the beat and the "hook" can be thought of as the same thing as the chorus in a rock song.
