Infrasound Therapy, using frequencies that fall below the human hearing threshold (that's what the 14Hz is all about), is increasingly being used in the treatment of inflammations in a wide range of animal species (1), as well as human beings (2). It is however a specialised area of therapy and not one I would expect to be catered for by do-it-yourself CDs of any kind. As to Mozart, in effect "performed" in frequencies below those the human ear is capable of registering, I'd suggest that must rest on a misunderstanding.

I think your cousin will require a skilled therapist trained in these Infrasound matters instead.

Are you sure you've got your terminology right? 14 hertz means a discrete pitch with a frequency of 14 beats per second -- at the lower limit of human hearing.

The frequency of the A above middle C is 440 hertz. An octave below that is 220, and then 110, 55, 22.5 etc.

So you see, since Mozart's music, and all music for that matter, contains many pitches, what you are asking for does not make sense.

i dunno where you live or anything. but in arizona we have a music schop that is for wood insturments along with sheet music and and c.d's and its called milano's music.
if your in school you should ask a band/orchestra/quior teacher if there are any music stores around you like that... if you dont feel like it or your not in school you should probably check it out on e.bay or cregslist or even amazon.
