they are my "ex in-laws" now but I was married to their son for 21 years, so I'vve always loved them. They were the most awesome in-laws ever. They "loaned" money then would send a card saying it was a gift, they took the 3 kids for vacation during the summers, they had us over for fantastic Italian food (they were both born in Italy).... I could go on, but you get the picture! He's gone now, and she has alzheimers- it's very sad.
