i know i have asked questions about my neighbor before,but i am asking again.what do you do when your neighbors music is louder than your t.v?i have talked to their land lord,i ave done every thing i know to do short of calling the police.its all day and all night deep bass playing music[and all the windows are closed] and their dog barking. i am seriously thinking about shouting their windows out of their trailor.they are punk smarty pants drug dealing kids.i cant afford to move,i do own my own place.eny ideas.you cant talk to them,their so doped up all the time.their music is so loud my grand daughter can hear it way in the back of the trailor.

You have got to think you are living in hell - it would be my idea of hell.
What do the other folk there think about it? Can you not band together and close ranks on this pigs?
Do they ever sleep? When they are quiet I would turn on everything that I had as loud as it would go and sit in my car with my hand on the - I am not quite what you call it in USA - the thing that makes the noise!
Wow - you can understand how something like this gets out of hand. If it happened to me I would get some big old boys from Glasgow down to sort it out for me! Would you like me to send the over to you - the sight of the lads in kilts and armed with The Glasgow Kiss would put the fear of God into them!
I am sorry for your plight.

Personal story: Once upon a time I had some smart a s s young guys from L.A. move in next door to me.
They were trying to start a drug house
in the small town where I lived. I just
could not stand it anymore and I went
out into the front yard and hollered over the fence obscenities beyond belief. I told them My brother was the Sheriff and I was putting them all in jail...on and on. So they bought a
Rottweiler and put him in the back yard. Fence 3' high. When they
weren't looking, I made friends with the
dog. They were burning a couch in
their back yard and I went out screaming again. He sicked the
Rottweiler on me, I said, Hello sweetie
you want mommy to give you a bone?:
the dog came running over and wagging his tail. The guy cussed a fit
and they all left within a week.
I didn't really care, I would either get
shot or they would leave!
I've found that even druggies don't want to be around an old lady they
think is crazy.

OMG! We must live very close to each other! II have noisy neighbors too, want some Mariachi music at 4:30 AM? How about some wild parties.
I don't know if you own your land or not, if you are renting lot space, call the property manager. In either case, call the police. Every county/city has noise ordinances that must be followed since you are entitled to peaceful enjoyment

Dealing drugs, you say?
Do you ever see them in the act? Call the cops.
Better yet, get it on camera and then call the cops.
Does your town or state have a curfew when it comes to loud noise? Mines is 11pm. Whenever theres' a loud party during the week over here, as soon as it hits 11:15 someones' already called the cops on them to lower it, or they already know better.

Is there not a time limit on noise, We have a 11:00 curfew , if the neighbors make loud continuous noise after that time , the police will be called and they will be told to keep it down. A village law.

In this day and time you options are limited. In my area unfortunately you put your family at risk of a drive by shooting if the police are seen in front of your home taking a report.
Best bet is to call the tipster line for your area and give a tip as to the drug dealing. Sometimes it takes up to two months for them to swarm the house but it will eventually happen.

They sound a right bunch of charmers. I don't live in your country but here we have laws on that sort of thing, surely you do too. The landlord can be made to evict them if the police rack up enough complaints, can you not go and talk to your local Citizens Advice or what ever they are called in your area, that should surely get you on the right path for getting rid of them.

Call the police! Did you mean shooting out their windows? If so, you have an anger management problem! How do you know they are drug dealers? Why would you want your granddaughter exposed to these people if they are? Get some help from the police.

LEAVE THEM ALONE...EVENTUALLY THEY WILL MOVE..DO YOU HEAR ME?????? You don't wanna mess with them. They'll get caught eventually. They are dangerous people. You're not their only neighbor...why do you think the others haven't called??? Same situation almost we had. Now most of them are in jail. I'm sure the police already know about them. Sometimes they're (police) just waiting to do a drug bust. You wanna stay out of it. I'm serious about this. When they're on drugs..they don't know what they're doing. Wanna live??? Leave 'em alone.

Call the cops. I think you have been more than fair with these people. If the landlord hasnt done anything yet for you then I think you have no choice left but to call the police.
