At my school, what's popular are knee-length socks of different colours, in your case red and blue. Long necklaces, plain white shirts which you decorate yourself with messages supporting the school, and funky earrings also work well. Have fun. :)

Ok go all out on this one lol first off buy red and blue arm bands and where one on each leg have it holding up ur pants near the knee.. and where two pairs of pants one blue and one red . where one color on each leg and do what ever you want with the shirt. trust me with the pants thing it works lol

wear jeans and a red shirt with blue. if you really want to get into it get a red belt. a blue pair of earrings. red or blue hairbands. red and blue jewelry. red or blue jacket. one more tip: make sure your colors are balanced evenly. hope you look stylish!

wear the colors or wear a cute outfit with the colors designed in a special way. but i dont do spirit day cuz i dont like school.
