When you are the ugly duckling, people have no choice but to look at you for who you are. When you are attractive, it seems like there is a standard you must live up to. Theres a lot of expectations and your personality can be affected (warped) as a result. It takes a strong person to be very attractive and still hold there ground, thus becoming a triple threat. Watch for these kind of people. They are rare....

I take you understand pretty on the outside? To be ugly on the inside basically means that the person is mean, judgmental, argumentative, Not a nice person, so ugly on the inside.

PRETTY on the outside...cuz they are born that way(beautiful,charming,sexy,cute..) n good dressing sense,etc
UGLY on the inside...evil thoughts,least bothred about others,proud of thier beauty,arrogant attitude cuz they r pretty,lots to say..

It refers to personality and not outward appearances. I have seen very attractive people turn ugly when they start speaking.
