Too many people confused by this clearly worded question.
No. Im being serious, anyone who calls themselves a fan of rock and roll and has lived through the 90s knows about Blur Song 2 from the selftitled 1997 release. What many people dont know is that this was Blur's 4th or 5th album, and that even if song 2 wasnt a mega hit they still would be recognized as one of the best brit bands of their day. I suggest giving the whole album a listen. Even so, Song 2 is probably their best song.

Tough question. If I had to guess, I'd say you're thinking of "Song 2" by Blur. I included a link to the video below as well as a link to the lyrics. "Woo hoo" is pretty much the only understandable line in the song.

There are a lot, but one that I know of is "1985" by Bowling for Soup. You can google woo hoo lyrics and go through the results, and try to find the right one. Do you know any of the lyrics or possible lyrics? There are some sites that list commonly misheard lyrics.What genre is is?

Might want to be more descriptive - classic, metal, alternative? Fist thing that came to mind was "Take the Money and Run by The Steve Miller Band", I think woo hoo are the first words.
